Here's some inspiring birthday card creations to send you off into the weekend:
Made a set of "matchbook" cards with the same spunky paper pallet and stamps from Close To My Heart. Did some coloring with copic markers and added ribbon, bling, brads and flowers! So, what are you creating this weekend?
Here's a great layout using a collection called "Poppy Seeds" by K & Co.

Aloha all - Here's the final card for the card classes that take place on Sunday and Monday!
We'll be using embossing folders for the background, beautiful resin embellishment, ribbon and a gorgeous button (from my trip to New York - yes, there's a button and findings store next to the ribbon store!) and stamping (with a set from Close to My Heart) and coloring to finish off this beauty. There's no sentiment, so you'll be able to use it for any special occasion. Oh, and of course there's a little something for the inside of the card as well.

One of the cards I designed for class that will be held on July 10 & 11 was with this paper and embellishment set:
By adding flowers, brads, some of that fabulous ribbon from New York and even punching out a fence with a Martha Stewart punch, I was able to make a simple, yet eye-catching design. Look how two of the designs turned out:
